I recently had the opportunity to attend an event at Red Bird Retreat, and it was truly an incredible experience. I came into my last Red Bird retreat session feeling stressed and anxious. Red Bird provided an oasis of serenity right from the start. The room is set for a calming experience for all your senses from dimmed lighting to warming scents. The restorative yoga poses combined with the sound bath from crystal bowls left my mind clear and my body feeling weightless. My favorite part is feeling the vibrations from the sound bath ease the tension in my muscles while holding the yoga positions. I highly recommend this experience to everyone–there are modifications and supports available for all levels of flexibility.
